Weekly schedule is easy to follow and the workout structure is fun to do - because Molly always comes up with new exercises and new ways of incorporating them into your daily routine. Workouts are not too long. They always include warmup + cooldown, and I was able to do them at home which is a big plus for me! And Molly is such a sweetheart and a hard worker, but she is always there if you need her with anything. Oh, and also, as a member I got exclusive 4-week program completely free and before anyone else, how great is that!
I just finished the Peach Plan! I definitely feel more lifted, toned, and “peachier”! I did it all at home with fairly light weights. I was dripping in sweat by the end of each workout, which goes to show that you don’t need crazy gym equipment to get results. Thanks for the amazing program, Molly!
I’ve been working out with Molly for about 2 1/2 years. I was overweight, out of shape, and miserable with myself when I started. In my training with Molly, I have built up strength and endurance in my body that I didn’t know I was capable of. I initially started with personal training sessions, but an out of state move now has me doing online training. Both are fantastic! Training with Molly is not only effective, but fun and energizing. With Molly, there is no such thing as a boring workout! Every session is customized to my ability, has me challenged to my maximum potential, and leaves me feeling physically drained, yet charged and ready for my day. Molly is always professional and punctual. She is very knowledgeable about appropriate exercises, stretches, and modifications to accommodate injuries or physical ailments. I look forward to my workouts with Molly, and can see results!
So excited to share the progress I have made doing customized online training with Molly for the past 9 months. I have lost 25 lbs, am in much better shape and look forward to working out everyday!! Online training has been great for me – I didn’t want to go to a gym, I wanted to do my workouts in the comfort of my home and when convenient for me. My flexibility and strength improve every day. I am stretching, doing yoga and making positive progress towards my goals with Molly!
I really like the 4-week slim down! I’m a cardio girl, so I like having to do steady state cardio and HIIT almost daily. I tend to focus on calorie burn during my workouts and like to burn around 300 calories each workout. When I did last weeks upper body video followed by the 30 minute steady state cardio, I burned 455 calories and never felt like I was killing myself. I’ve exceeded my daily calorie burn goal and am down a few pounds too!
