My style of yoga fuses power yoga, plyometrics and strength training into a high-intensity workout to transform your entire body. It is set to upbeat music that will challenge your cardio fitness. The class is the perfect way to get yoga, strength training, and cardio all in one workout. This class will leave you feeling stronger and more flexible on the inside and out.

Molly is a certified instructor of BUTI and was trained by the creator herself, Bizzie Gold.
