Bootcamp is a form of group exercise that builds strength and endurance. You will improve your level of fitness through interval training and high intensity cardio. Molly is a certified Tabata Bootcamp trainer. She has created her own hour long bootcamp class the includes a thorough warm-up followed by cardio and strength circuits. At the end of each class she will “burn out” one muscle group for 10-minutes by focusing all of the final exercises on that one muscle group. Each class will conclude with a full cool down stretch.
