That said, this is designed as a 3-month program because that’s a realistic amount of time to start seeing real, noticeable changes. Some clients start feeling shifts within weeks, but 3 months gives your body the space it needs to truly recalibrate.

Nope. We start with symptom and cycle tracking to get a clear picture of what your body is telling us. From there, I guide you in making targeted changes to your workouts, nutrition, and habits. If you decide to do labs, I can advise you on which tests are most relevant for what you’re experiencing.

Absolutely – but here’s the truth: for many people, especially if hormones are out of balance, weight loss is step two, not step one. Sometimes the first step is getting your body back into balance so it feels safe to let go of excess fat.

For example, one of my PCOS clients didn’t lose weight in her first 3 months. Instead, we focused on getting her cycle predictable and comfortable. Now that her hormones are more balanced, her body is finally primed for weight loss… and it’s happening more easily than ever.

Yes. You’ll get a free nutrition consult and a 4-week meal plan from holistic nutritionist Lindsay Little. I’ll also help you refine your eating habits in our coaching calls and over text to make sure they’re aligned with your hormone and weight loss goals.

Through symptom and cycle tracking, I see exactly what your body is going through and make small, precise adjustments week by week. We talk daily via text and meet regularly on Zoom so your plan is always evolving with you.
