At Home Workout Tips

Have you heard of the MFit Membership? It is an online gym that allows you to workout at home! Working out at the gym can be stressful if you are new to exercise, and boutique studios can certainly get expensive. The MFit Membership is $5 a month and comes with hundreds of workouts you can do from your living room.

If working out at home seems impossible to you, I am here to tell you it’s not. Today I am going to debunk any excuse your have for not working out at home!

No Workout Equipment

If you are avoiding at home workouts because you don’t have any equipment, you don’t need to anymore. Instead of dumbbells or kettlebells, you can use: water bottles, books, milk jugs, canned food, etc. Basically, anything with weight can be used as a weight! If you don’t have sliders, you can use towels or paper plates. Don’t have a workout bench? Use a coffee table, a chair or the floor! Mini bands are hard to swap out, but I have linked some really affordable ones in the MFit Amazon Store. Also, 50% of the MFit Membership workouts are equipment free, or can be done without equipment! No equipment, no problem!

No Motivation 

Many people have told me it is hard for them to workout at home because they can’t find the motivation on their own. With the MFit Membership, you are not alone! I will motivate you in the workouts, through regular emails and posts on the exclusive Facebook group. The regular challenges I throw at MFit Members also act as a way to light a fire under those who have started to fall off. Other Members act as your support system, and you can chat with each other on our group page. You won’t feel alone as you do the live workouts with other people just like you!

No Space

I film all of the workouts in my one bedroom apartment. I have trained clients in cluttered studio apartments. There is always space! Most of the workouts on the MFit Membership take up the amount of space a yoga mat does.

No Time

Maybe you have little kids running around that demand your attention. Or maybe your work life only allots you 10-minutes of free time. MFit Member workouts range from 10 minutes to 60 minutes, and they are divided up by time in the Workout Library. Need to find a short workout quickly?
