The #25DaysofMFit Workout Challenge 2018

It’s the most wonderful time of the year… it is #25DaysofMFit time!

If you don’t know what the #25DaysofMFit are, let me explain. Three years ago, I started hosting this 25 day workout challenge on the MFit YouTube Channel. I know it is difficult to keep up with a workout routine during the holiday season. Stress is high, there are family events to attend, and parties to go to. So, I decided the best way to convince the MFit family to workout during the end of the year was to post short 15-minute workout videos every single day from December 1st through December 25th. This is the peak of holiday season and when most people bail on fitness.

Last year’s #25DaysofMFit challenge led up to the incredible launch on the MFit Membership, my online gym. This year I wanted to get the MFit Members involved in the fun. So, I will be posting not just one… but TWO NEW WORKOUT VIDEOS every single day during the #25DaysofMFit this year! So if you are craving some new content, there are 50 new workout videos coming at you.

Each workout will be right around 15-minutes. Most of the workouts can be done without equipment, but many will include dumbbells and mini bands. I have made the workouts apartment friendly and utilized equipment that is affordable or easy to find. So, you have no excuses!

Whether you choose to do one video a day or two. Your workout will only take you 15 to 30 minutes. This is completely doable. Exercising for 15 minutes a day will help fight that winter weight gain many of us experience this time of year, especially when the workouts are as intense as the ones I will be posting. Working out for the 30 minutes a day may even help you drop a few pounds! These workouts are amazing. I have put a lot of variety into this year’s challenge. The videos are so much fun and I hope you are as excited for this challenge to start as I am 🙂
