Music is such a big motivator when working out. I thought I would share with you all some of my favorite songs to workout and teach to. There’s a little bit of everything from dance music, rock, electronic, rap … anything that keeps me motivated. I love Major Lazer (so you’ll see a lot of that on my list) and similar artists.
