What is Back To Fit?

Back To Fit is an 8-week small group training program created to help you build a sustainable workout routine.

This program is the perfect hybrid of personal training and group fitness, and it’s done entirely online.

In this program you get 8-weeks of livestream workouts, workout videos, 1:1 and group health coaching. Basically, you’re going to have a personal trainer in your back pocket for 2-months!
