“I joined back to fit as after injury and a chronic illness diagnosis. I had lost a lot of my physical fitness that I had before as a full time dance teacher. Surgery had given me the ability to get back to being active, but I had been struggling to get myself into a proper routine. I had found myself getting frustrated with not being able to do everything I used to be able to, and I was yo-yo ing in and out of a healthy lifestyle.
Back to fit has helped me regain so much confidence in my ability and helped me find a sustainable routine, which I have continued since finishing the program. Molly is an excellent coach and gave me so many tips on my form. She helped me find adaptions for exercises that I still find difficult, and created a routine that is fun and manageable around a busy lifestyle. I feel fitter, more energized and more confident, and I am excited about continuing with my fitness journey”
