10-Minute Total Body Dumbbell Workout

Happy Halloween! I know it is crazy, but we have officially entered holiday season. Schedules get busier this time of year and that means workouts get skipped. I want to keep you moving this season! So, I plan to keep the workouts short and effective; starting with this 10-minute total body routine.

This is the perfect total body workout when you are in a time crunch. In just 10-minutes you will get your heart rate up and feel all your muscles burn!

If you have extra time to workout today, try doing this routine four times in a row for a 40-minute workout! Do the circuit in the video once, rest for a minute or two and then repeat! That will make for a challenging 40-minutes because doing this routine once through is hard as it is!

Follow along with the 10-minute total body workout below!

Go through the circuit once with little to no rest. Choose a weight that will really challenge your muscles.

1. Squat and Press (15 reps)
2. Hammer Curl (10-15 reps)
3. Pulsing Lunge with Tricep Extension (10 reps each)
4. Plank Rows (10 reps each, alternating)
5. Bent Over Rotation Row (15 reps)
6. Sumo Squat Around The World (15 reps)
