This is a new workout series I will be posting for the month of January. It’s a new year, and I want us all to take it back to basics. If you are a beginner, this will be a great series for you to learn how to do some basic exercises. If you are an advanced exerciser, this workout series will help you get back in touch with the simpler exercises and ensure that you are doing all movements with proper form.
Today we are going over 4 common leg exercises. I want to make sure you know the proper form so you can work that booty properly and stay safe!
As always, take modifications when necessary – this is your workout, so you should go at your fitness level.
