Happy New Year MFitters!
Today I have a 2015 Workout Challenge for you! Are you up for it? I want you to do this workout the first of every month this year. Track your progress by writing down how you felt during and after the workout, how you did with each exercise, and make sure to keep track of your plank times at the end. You are going to see yourself change and get stronger this year, and I would love for you to use this workout as your assessment. It’s not only important to track your physical progress but also your capabilities. This is a tough workout, my legs were burning. I can’t wait to try this workout next month and see how much stronger I get in 4 weeks. I hope you will do the same with me!

This workout has a beginner modification box in the top right hand corner – make sure to workout at YOUR fitness level, not mine. If you are stronger than me – push harder. If you are still a beginner – take the modification. There is no reason to hurt yourself. Let yourself progress at a pace that keeps you safe. You will still get stronger doing the beginner modification.
